Burglary Suspects From Valencia Arrested At Lancaster Courthouse
Two suspects tied to a February burglary in Valencia were arrested Wednesday at the Lancaster courthouse.
According to the Santa Clarita Valley Sheriff’s Station, deputies with the Special Assignment Team (SAT) took both suspects into custody in connection to a break-in at a business on the 25000 block of Avenue Stanford on Feb. 15, 2026.
Investigators say the suspects forced entry into the business and stole employee checks, gift cards, credit cards, and a printer. The stolen credit cards were later used in fraudulent transactions totaling more than $4,000.
One suspect, 25-year-old Hayk Hakobyan of Lancaster, was arrested for felony burglary and a probation violation. He remains in custody with no bail.
The second suspect, 28-year-old Ashley Marquez of Rosamond, was also arrested on felony burglary charges and later bonded out Thursday.
Authorities have not said why both suspects were at the courthouse at the time of their arrest.
