UPDATE: vehicle back southbound 14 from Escondido Canyon....male Hispanic adult driver

UPDATE 2: vehicle now yielding.....Acura registered out of Santa Paula

UPDATE 3: taking driver into custody

UPDATE 4: two small children in vehicle.....requesting additional unit to transport children

UPDATE 5: driver has revoked license, and two prior DUIs
