20001.....Avenue N and 22nd Street West....two vehicle collsion, one party un responsive, two parties out of suspect vehicle running on foot thru yards.....CHP, sheriff and FD enroute code 3

UPDATE: suspects are male and female, female has fake eye lashes

UPDATE 2: second caller advises suspect vehicle hit another vehicle on the freeway and fled from that collsion prior to fatal collsion

UPDATE 3: Sheriff's Air 29 overhead, deputies detaining both hit and run suspects on 20th Street West and Avenue N

UPDATE 4: victim on Avenue N and 22nd Street West is 11-44 (DOA)....female adult...passenger in victim vehicle transported to AVMC with unknown injuries

UPDATE 5: suspect vehicle is a black Mercedes with Washington plates
