Depities setting up for a critical pediatric transport for a child not breathing with CPR in progress. Will be going from 20th Street East and Avenue Q to Palmdale Sheriff's Station to meet helicopter

Helicopter unable to make it due to weather. Will be transporting to AVMC. Lancaster units will be setting up to block intersections. Route of travel will be Avenue Q to Sierra Highway, Sierra Highway to Avenue J, and Avenue J to AVMC
