Deputies responded to the area of Kingtree and Avenue J-2 following reports of a fight. Shortly after, four shots were detected in the area by the ShotSpotter system.

Deputies responded to the area of Kingtree and Avenue J-2 following reports of a fight. Shortly after, four shots were detected in the area by the ShotSpotter system. When deputies arrived, they focused on a nearby apartment and conducted call-outs. Two people later exited the apartment and were detained. The fire department also responded to treat a female who suffered lacerations to her lip. The investigation remains ongoing.
