Detectives from Lancaster Sheriff Station are requesting the public’s assistance in locating the missing juvenile, Scarlett Moreno (FH/11). She was last seen on 02/18/26, in the 1600 block of West Avenue H-4. She was last seen wearing a grey sweater and blue jeans.

She was last seen with Jada Parks (FB/18) possibly headed to the Los Angeles area. Please contact Detective Denison at Lancaster Station (661) 940-3852.
