Firefighters responded to the Felix Fire in Sun Village, which grew to approximately 4–5 acres in grass and heavy fuels.

According to Incident Command, there was no immediate threat to structures.

Forward progress has been stopped at approximately 4–5 acres. Fire resources will remain on scene for extensive overhaul operations.
