From CHP - Southern Division
Following an extensive investigation, the Southern Division’s Organized Retail Crime Task Force has arrested two suspects linked to the sale of stolen tools from various Home Depot stores in Southern California. These individuals were identified as purchasers of the stolen tools, which they then resold at a swap meet in Los Angeles County for profit. A subsequent investigation led to the issuance and execution of search warrants today at the suspects’ residence, resulting in the recovery of over $600,000 worth of stolen Home Depot tools. The investigation is ongoing.
