🚨 24 FIREARMS, GHOST GUN COMPONENTS & NARCOTICS RECOVERED!
What started as a firearm arrest led to a significant discovery by Lancaster Station’s Community Appreciation Program (LAN-CAP)!
LAN-CAP deputies recently arrested a 35-year-old convicted felon for unlawful possession of a firearm. Shortly after the arrest, deputies served a search warrant at his Lancaster residence, where they recovered components for 24 functioning firearms, including three unserialized, short-barreled assault rifles.
Deputies also recovered numerous components used to assemble unserialized firearms, commonly known as “ghost guns,” along with methamphetamine, a digital scale, and packaging materials consistent with narcotics sales.
👏 Outstanding investigative work by our LAN-CAP deputies! Their proactive efforts continue to remove dangerous weapons and illegal drugs from our streets and help keep the Lancaster community safe.
