The fire was initially reported at approximately ½ acre, creeping through light to medium brush, according to first-arriving units. UPDATE: Forward progress has been stopped, per Incident Command. Firefighters remain on scene working to secure the perimeter and mop up hot spots. No structures have been reported threatened at this time
