Gas Tanker Rollover Disrupts Traffic on SR-138 in Pearblossom
A gas tanker overturned Tuesday on State Route 138 at Hampel Avenue in Pearblossom, triggering a hazardous materials response and traffic disruptions.
CHP and Los Angeles County Fire Department crews responded amid concerns of a possible fuel leak. HazMat teams were requested as a precaution while firefighters checked the tanker.
Portions of SR-138 and Hampel Avenue are impacted as crews work to upright the tanker. No injuries were reported. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
