Mr. Burke is from the Antelope Valley but disappeared in Los Angeles.
Mr. Burke, who has a mental disability, was last seen June 30 after he was dropped off at a board and care home southwest of downtown Los Angeles but never made it to the facility’s entrance at the rear. He was seen later that day two blocks away at a store at Pico Boulevard and Magnolia Avenue, where he asked to use the phone to call his mother but was turned down
