On February 1, 2026, at approximately 01:41 a.m., Kern County Sheriff’s Office deputies assigned to the Tejon Substation were dispatched to the Hard Rock Casino on Garone Farm Road in response to a report of multiple subjects fighting. As deputies responded to the scene, additional information was received indicating there was a victim of a stabbing. Once deputies arrived, they located a victim of a stabbing and learned the suspects had since fled the scene. The victim suffered moderate injury and was treated at a local hospital. Deputies immediately began their investigation.

In the following hours, deputies executed two search warrants in Shafter, CA at residences in the 300 block of Walnut Street and the 200 block of West Tulare Avenue. Miguel Valladolid, age 40, Juan Cueto, age 37, and Christina Cueto, age 36, were arrested without incident and later booked for the following charges:

Christina Cueto PC 182(A)(1) Conspiracy
