On November 23rd, 2025 (Sunday), at approximately 2011 hours, personnel from Palmdale Sheriff’s Station responded to a motor vehicle collision on Sierra Highway and Technology Drive, which is within the area of the City of Palmdale.

The preliminary facts of this investigation indicate at approximately 2011 hours, a male Black adult was driving a 2016 silver Honda Civic south on Sierra Highway at approximately 50 miles per hour in the number one lane. The driver of the Honda Civic collided into a pedestrian who was walking eastbound across Sierra Highway outside of a marked crosswalk. The pedestrian was transported to Antelope Valley Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.
