PALMDALE – RESIDENTS REPORT NO WATER AT MOUNTAIN SHADOWS APARTMENTS FOR OVER 24 HOURS
Residents at Mountain Shadows Apartments in Palmdale are reporting that they have been without running water since approximately 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 20.
According to a resident, apartment maintenance shut off the water without prior notice, leaving tenants without water for more than 24 hours.
The resident alleges that management has been avoiding tenants and blaming the City of Palmdale for the outage. However, the resident claims the issue is maintenance-related and does not involve the city.
The resident also states that attempts to get assistance from city code enforcement have been unsuccessful.
Residents are expressing frustration over the lack of water, communication, and an estimated time for restoration.
These allegations have not been independently verified, and management and city officials have not yet provided a response.
