Hi I’m not sure how this works but would like to spread the word. There’s a female pedestrian going around harassing vehicles. I was parked in the shopping center on 10th west and Ave L when she just kicked the front of my car calling me a gay ass N**. She then proceeded to walk towards the Carl’s Jr drive through harassing vehicles leaving the drive thru And finally what I was able to capture on video which is of her leaving the center harassing more people.
