Hi, i’m posting this for awareness and to ask for help.

My mom was recently scammed by a man who introduced himself as luis ernesto and said he worked with a solar company called palmero. after coming to our home, he used my mom’s information and her social security without permission. multiple loans of $10k+ were taken out in her name, and even a phone line was opened under her identity.

This situation has already been reported to the authorities, and we have his photo. we are trying to locate him or gather any information that can help the investigation.

We are offering a $2,000 reward for any information that helps identify his whereabouts or assists the proper authorities.
