My car was hit on J8 and 17th Street East by a hit and run driver. It was a small white car. The person hit me with no lights and just kept going north down 17th Street East. By the time I regained my composure and attempted to follow he was gone. If anyone notices a small white car with fresh damage . Someone KNOWS if a neighbor has fresh damages. Thank you in advance.
