Resources are responding to a reported vegetation fire near West Avenue N and 45th Street West in Lancaster, with smoke visible from area cameras.
The fire was initially reported at approximately 5 acres, burning in grass with a running rate of spread and potentially threatening nearby structures, according to units on scene.
Update: The fire is now holding at approximately 20 to 25 acres, and crews are making good progress on containment efforts, according to Incident Command
