Los Angeles County Fire Department Station 33 was dispatched to a reported cardiac arrest near 3rd Street East and East Avenue I in Lancaster at approximately 7:36 a.m. Wednesday.

Fire personnel remained on scene for approximately 60 minutes, with the incident closing at 8:36 a.m. Despite emergency efforts, the patient was pronounced deceased at the scene.
