10th Street West at Avenue M is temporarily closed due to an electrical pole being hit at the southwest corner. Southern California Edison is on scene performing emergency repair; however, the work is taking longer than expected due to today's rain. Crews are still working to finish by the end of the day.
⛔ Please be advised that the following streets are closed: - Southbound lanes of 10th Street West starting at Avenue M and Columbia Way - Vehicles will be unable to turn into Avenue M-4
