We are looking for help in locating 54 year old Edward Forney....

We are looking for help in locating 54 year old Edward Forney. Forney is an active sex registrant and on active California CDCR parole. Forney removed his GPS ankle monitor. Forney was last seen wearing a black hat, black t shirt, tan pants and black/white shoes. Forney is approximately 5’11” and 160 pounds. If you have any information regarding Forney, please immediately contact The Ridgecrest Police Department. 760-499-5100

A RPD Detective located Forney at Upjohn Park. Forney was taken into custody without incident and will be transferred to a Kern County Jail. RPD would like to thank the public for all of their help in the matter.
