KERN COUNTY — Kern County Sheriff's deputies were involved in a high-speed vehicle pursuit that traveled northbound on Highway 14 near Rosamond Boulevard.
The pursuit involved a blue Ford Crown Victoria registered out of Rosamond and reached speeds exceeding 100 mph before continuing onto Highway 58 toward Boron.
The pursuit terminated just before Boron, where the driver was taken into custody.
